According to the State statistical bureau data display, Chinese clothing profession has achieved 11,833,000,000, the annual growth rate is 15.1%. There are 14,645 enterprises like the ones we mention just now, which is 1758 more than that in 2003. Although in the years when there is no textile quota, the trading conflicts occurring among China, America, and Europe made a bad effect on the textile profession, which the professors think is only short-time, to clothing profession “no quota” is a good news.
